My name is Iosif Trif, and I am a photographer drawn to both the seen and the unseen aspects of the world. Through my work, I explore the connection between light, form, and emotion, capturing landscapes, portraits, and fleeting moments that invite reflection. I seek to reveal not just the beauty of a scene, but the energy and presence that lie beneath it—sometimes vibrant and full of life, other times quiet and contemplative.
I have photographed people, landscapes, and everyday moments across the Mediterranean, the UK, Ireland, France, Morocco and beyond. My work has been featured in National Geographic, Harper’s Bazaar, City Life Monaco, and numerous regional and local publications. Along the way, I have been fortunate to receive some photography awards and to exhibit my work in different spaces, each experience deepening my understanding of how images connect us.
In February 2025, I released my first official photo album, Outside, available on Amazon. Photography, for me, is more than capturing what is in front of the lens—it is about discovering and sharing something deeper, something that lingers beyond the frame. With each image, I strive to capture not just what is visible, but what is felt.
